Microfiber Direct works closely with both manufacturing partners and shipping partners to minimize the total costs of custom orders so that we can offer the lowest prices to our customers who are willing to wait 8-10 weeks for their products to be produced and delivered.
All the prices listed on our website are delivered prices that include shipping costs, import duties + tariffs, and volume discounts. The delivered prices of our factory direct orders, usually in pallet quantities, are simply unbeatable.
Products Warranty
All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will replace the product if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of production or developed under normal use.
In the manufacturing industry of microfiber cloths, +/- 10% is the standard of maximum manufacturing tolerances on sizes and weights. Any custom products that are outside of the specifications of sizes and weights by more then +/- 10% are considered to be defective and are warranted for return. As direct manufacturers, we promise a high stanard of maximum manufacturing tolerances at +/- 5% to all the microfiber product we produce.
Returns & Exchanges
No returns or exchanges can be accepted for custom products, including custom size, custom color, custom printing, custom label and custom packaging. For any issues with the custom products we have produce, we will work with our manufacturing partners to resolve them to meet customers' expections.
